DESCRIPTION:The Annual General Meeting of the Friends of Marsden Library will be held in the Library at 6.45pm on Monday 15 th January 2024 \n\nAgenda\n1. Apologies for absence\n2. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 12 th December 2021\n3. Matters arising\n4. Trustees’ report\n5. Statement of accounts\n6. Appointment of trustees\n7. Any other business \nCopies of the trustee’s report and the statement of accounts are available online and at the library. (To Follow) \nThe constitution requires that at the AGM one third of the charity trustees shall retire from office\, but that they shall be eligible for reappointment. This is taken to be the three longest serving trustees and they are Janette Martin\, Rachael Payne and Gail Ward. All three have confirmed that they wish to put themselves forward for re-appointment. \nThe constitution provides for the appointment of twelve trustees and we currently have three\nvacancies. Nominations are invited for appointment to these vacancies.
