Copies of the trustee’s report and the statement of accounts are also available at the library.
This is the first AGM since the formation of the FOML. The constitution requires that at the first AGM all the charity trustees shall retire from office, but that they shall be eligible for reappointment. All the current eleven trustees have indicated their willingness to do so and that they are happy to stand again for re-election. The constitution allows for the appointment of twelve trustees.
