The Annual General Meeting of the Friends of Marsden Library will be held in the Library at 6.45pm on Monday 15 th January 2024

The constitution requires that at the AGM one third of the charity trustees shall retire from office, but that they shall be eligible for reappointment. This is taken to be the three longest serving trustees and they are Janette Martin, Rachael Payne and Gail Ward. All three have confirmed that they wish to put themselves forward for re-appointment.
The constitution provides for the appointment of twelve trustees and we currently have three
vacancies. Nominations are invited for appointment to these vacancies.
