A huge thank-you to everyone who entered this year’s calendar competition. The judging is now complete and we’re delighted to be able to reveal the winning entries.
The 2023 Marsden and the Colne Valley calendar will go on sale in October, available in outlets in Marsden and Slawit, and at events such as the Jazz Festival and the Christmas Lights event.
All the proceeds from selling the calendar are used by Friends of Marsden Library to support our Library.
As well as buying a calendar (or two ;-)), the easiest way to support the Library is to join it – its free to join and gives you access to books and resources in all Kirklees Libraries as well as lots of online services, including a comprehensive audio and electronic book catalogue via the Libby app. Call into Marsden Library to join.
An exhibition of the winning images will be in the Marsden Mechanics Foyer from 23 September.
