Copies of the trustees’ report and the statement of accounts are also available at the Library.
The constitution requires that at the AGM one third of the charity trustees shall retire from office, but that they shall be eligible for reappointment. This is taken to be the four longest serving trustees and they are Jenny Hemming, Gary Godolphin, Mary Snadden and Anne Barnes. All four have confirmed that they wish to put themselves forward for re-appointment.
The constitution provides for the appointment of twelve trustees and we currently have one
vacancy. Nominations are invited for appointment to this vacancy.
