Statement of Accounts
Copies of the trustee’s report and the statement of accounts are also available at the library.
The constitution also requires that at the AGM one third of the charity trustees shall retire from office, but that they shall be eligible for reappointment. This is taken to be the three longest serving trustees and they are Diane Barkley, Jenny Hemming and Sheila Bates. All three have confirmed that they wish to put themselves forward for re-appointment.
