Vaccination Centre Volunteering
The Kirklees Clinical Commissioning Group are calling for volunteers to support administrative roles at vaccination centres across Kirklees. Training will be provided on the day but data entry or admin experience is being requested. The days and sites that need volunteers are detailed below:
Batley and Spen Vaccine Centre: Role needed 9am – 5pm on Tuesday 21st, Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th December
Cleckheaton Group Practice: Role needed 9am – 5pm on Tuesday 21st December
Heckmondwike Health Centre: Role needed 4pm – 9pm on Tuesday 21st December
6 Marshall Volunteers are also being requested for the Cathedral House Vaccination Centre in Huddersfield from 9am – 1.30pm on Tuesday 21st December.

Environmental Projects in Kirklees
Environmental Projects in Kirklees are running 2 events over the Christmas period.
On Wednesday 29th December they are hosting a festive workday at Kings Bridge to clear paths, cut back vegetation and litter pick. On 1st January 2022 they are hosting a New Year’s Day Walk along the River Colne.
